Perfect Pork Roast

1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 small pork roast

Cover pork on both sides with soup mix and refrigerate at least 8 hours.

Place in roasting bag or cover tightly with foil in a baking dish and bake at 300 for 2 hours. 

To make it a meal, add potatoes and carrots with 1/2 cup of water to the bag or pan. 

Slices perfectly!

Million Dollar Pie

Ingredients:   1 can Eagle Brand Milk

                      1/4 cup lemon juice

                      8 oz cool whip

                      1 can mandarin oranges drained

                      1 can crushed pineapple drained

                      1 graham cracker pie crust

Directions:  Whisk together the first 2 ingredients.  Fold in all others and pour into pie shell.  Refridgerate for at least 1 hour and serve chilled.  Enjoy!
